perfect base to explore pikeville's parks and museums
i had a great stay here with comfortable beds and quick access to sevierville park just a short walk away. Several cool attractions like the sevier county heritage museum nearly 2 km away, making it perfect for a weekend of exploration. the front desk staff was welcoming and went out of their way to help me out as a solo traveler. however, the hotel's carpets and chairs could use some cleaning.

comfortable stay but room not as advertised
The check-in process was quick and easy, which made our arrival pleasant. Additionally, the bedding was soft and provided a good night's rest during our stay.
Instead of the promised Deluxe Queen room, we found ourselves in a standard setup.

A Disappointing Experience with Unresolved Issues
The room was incorrectly booked, forcing us to pay again and leaving us frustrated. The promised refund never arrived. As a business owner, professionalism matters—this experience fell short.

Comfortable beds made for a decent night's sleep.
The check-in process was incredibly slow, taking over 30 minutes. Additionally, I encountered unprofessional behavior from the front desk staff, who were talking about my son without realizing I was his mother. To top it off, when I extended my stay, I was forced to move to a different room, despite my 71-year-old mother's mobility issues, which the clerk brushed off dismissively.

would definitely go back
Stayed for 5 nights in a King Room. Super clean, which is a must for me. Had a microwave and refrigerator, and the room was quiet without outside noise. Loved the location away from heavy traffic. Really good rates too! Would've liked a nightstand on both sides of the bed, but that’s a small detail.

We had a wonderful time during our stay. The location was fantastic. we were close to several attractions without the hassle of heavy traffic. The room was very clean and had a nice layout, which made our family time enjoyable. The additional TV in the room was a great bonus for our kids, allowing us to relax after a day of sightseeing.

missingWrote a review on 14 Julspacious roomgreat locationcleaning oversight
The King Room features a spacious layout, with comfortable bedding and plenty of space for a couple. The location strikes a good balance, being close enough to attractions without being overwhelmed by noise.
Cleaning left something to be desired. we found snack crumbs near the refrigerator and by the nightstand, which made us question the thoroughness of the housekeeping. We encountered an empty shower gel dispenser, and there was a notable lack of daily cleaning service during our stay, despite having experienced this previously. Additionally, the no-smoking policy felt excessive, as being required to leave the premises to smoke seemed a bit much.

Clean and well-maintained rooms offer a comfortable stay, with the added bonus of a convenient location near attractions. The staff was exceptionally nice, always ready to help. A downside was the non-functioning coffee maker in the room, which was mentioned at check-out, but it didn't significantly detract from the experience. I also appreciated the fresh fruit salad served nearby, enhancing our visit.
